I woke up with a spider running across my back. I brushed it off the bed and killed it, and I feel fairly sure it didn't bite me, but I still feel freaked out. I've got to get back to sleep.

I put my old desktop out of its misery. You know, to hide my super secret hacking of government bodies and banking institutes.

36 rounds of .22LR (40 grain lead round nose, standard velocity), seemed to have worked, though I'll put some more in it later on just to be sure.

None of the rounds exited (all of them were passing through the top of the box and through the harddrive and whatnot, so I guess that's to be expected; lots of metal sheets and plastic to slow down and deform the bullet).

That is so disturbing. I worry that I will become too old and decrepit to move fast enough to get out of the way of a spidey. When you are asleep, who knows what goes on.

I've been buying mens clothes at Walmart for the past four years. Once the flowers disappear from the womens clothes and they have a more androgynous cut, I'll start buying them again because I do like brighter colours.
