I think dismissiveness is a cancer. Every struggle should be respected if not honored. I guess empathy is the golden treasure so many seek, yet is so lacking in this world.

We went to see Vicki Lawrence's Two-Woman show (w/ "Mama") this past weekend, and I have been watching reruns of Mama's Family on YouTube almost nonstop ever since.

I was reading the reviews on wotif for my first BF's family's motel today;

"A disheveled unshaven man attended to reception..." :lol:

"..Got a weird vibe from the place..." :lmao:

"A bit run down" (in their defense they've been trying to sell it to developers for the last 10 years, no use doing refurbishments if it's just going to get knocked down)

But all in all "Friendly service", and they should definitely pay their cleaners a bonus!

My sister and her husband went out of state for the weekend and their CAR got stolen. Apparently Hondas are easy to steal? I think the police finally found it, but it was an interesting story to follow. lol
