Pauvre bêtise. It would have given a nice, long obsession extending for no less than a few weeks or months, (or years, if you are lucky or unlucky, depending on how you look at it)..

I think I've had enough "nice, long obsessions" to last me a lifetime.
What I remember in order from most recent: Portal, German punk rock (Die Toten Hosen), Linkin Park, dragons, dinosaur-bird evolutionary intermediates, phoenixes, swans, orcas, dolphins, The Magic School Bus, human anatomy.
Rather simplistic, really. But recurring and annoying.

EDIT: My Aspie friend/crush claims not to have these temporary obsessions.
