I think it's fairly easy. You need very few ingredients. Rice, sushi powder and fresh raw fish hygienically prepared specially for sushi. That's it.

at least with a computer you have more flexibility.

One of the pieces inside the cold water spindle in my shower wore out (the plastic octagonal bit), so I just took the piece off another spindle in the house; the hot water supply connected to my washing machine (I never wash using hot). Thank god as I wasn't up for a bath in the morning due to a broken shower.

If I had all the resources and could do a job I loved I would choose writer of best selling mystery novels written under a pseudonym. The novels would be eagerly awaited by adoring fans and each novel would include the same main characters. Each story would be thoroughly researched and a panel of professional experts in the fields of medicine, law and others would provide expertise input.
