Humans are pathetic creatures, and yes, that includes me. On a bad day anyway...

Quote:
Tostee locked Ms Wright on his balcony before she apparently fell after climbing over a railing, according to written arguments by his barrister Anthony Kimmins.

Supreme Court Justice Debra Mullins said it would be difficult to prove Tostee murdered Ms Wright but it looked like a reasonably strong case for manslaughter.

So, they say he wasn't on the balcony when she fell. Though he locked her on such, and she tried to flee.

Yeah, manslaughter, but murder, no. Though if he said he accidentally locked her on such, then...no, but he probably didn't say that.

(Interesting that he has an ASD too. Heh.)

I got fish & chips for dinner but the pieces of fish were freaking microscopic. They were the size of chicken chips and I only got four pieces.

I got nothing. But I love being clean-shaven.

if a person doesn't want to have anything to do with someone, then in a timely manner they should calmly and clearly tell the other person.
