Yeah, manslaughter, but murder, no. Though if he said he accidentally locked her on such, then...no, but he probably didn't say that.

I got fish & chips for dinner but the pieces of fish were freaking microscopic. They were the size of chicken chips and I only got four pieces.

if a person doesn't want to have anything to do with someone, then in a timely manner they should calmly and clearly tell the other person.
