I'm going to work in about an hour and I'm feeling very sleepy. I wish I could just sleep for another 8 hours and wake up around noon.

One eye's looking at the computer, the other's looking for it.

I did a glucose tolerance test this morning. They gave me this thick orange stuff to drink and I had to sit there for 2 hours. I have a fear that I could have diabetes. I have more of a fear of needles than anything else.

i left for home early today, coming out of the parking lot on the bike i saw a blonde in a car, waving rather enthusiastically at me and smiling.

i don't even know who that was. maybe she didn't mean her mood-brightening greeting for me.

I just heated some dry pieces of chicken in the microwave for two minutes. Where did all that splash come from?

i did not check but i doubt there was. that area where i keep my bike doesn't have a lot of traffic when we get out at 3, and i left before then so there was even less of a rush.

If a kid refuses to sleep during nap time, are they guilty of resisting a rest?
