I had a job interview recently and i thought it went really badly. I wouldn't ring/ email to get feedback on why i didn't get it because i thought i'd done so badly. Someone did it for me and this was the reply i just received.

Well done though as you did very well in the interview so really pleased about that!

I rambled so much to a friend about a special interest, because she was confused about the terms I was using and so I explained them to her. Then she got really interested and started asking all sorts of questions.

i went to the comic book shop today and picked up comic shop news and i learned that Neil Gaiman and J.H. Williams III are writing a Sandman miniseries!! !! ! yaaaayyyyyy!! !! and i did a poster run between classes in the city because we have a shite load of same sex marriage rally posters and the rally is like a week away. my comic book guy said that he has been seeing them around which is good because it means that people notice them. obviously.

First, I am in a five star hotel...the Shangri La...right now. My mom has some sort of credit card and it comes with vouchers so this is actually a FREE stay.

Second, I got a Sherlock Holmes book...The World Of Sherlock Holmes. I absolutely love it.

Third, I got a big bag of candy, plain malt plus sugar, which I like. In Taipei they come in tiny packages only so I have to get more every Monday and Thursday. Yum.
