Apparently I have a freckle on my left iris. Hopefully it doesn't develop into eye cancer. My optometrist told me to keep an eye on it.

If it were to develop into cancer I would assume they'd remove the eye... :(
Although I'd get to wear an eye patch, which would be kind of neat

nice eye :thumleft: some thoughts- take definitive care of that eye, it will serve you well if you do. always one should protect the eyes from IR and UV light via protective glasses. one should never go outside during the day sans sunglasses. one should try to eat a low-acidic diet to minimize the free radical damage which causes cancer. also, if you lose that eye you will also lose depth perception [stereoscopic vision] and in addition your remaining eye will get tired. the fashion of an eye patch is a poor substitute for the utility of the functioning eye.

But my Mountain Dew addiction...
Well if it does ever become something hopefully it's caught early so they can just zap it with lazer eye surgery

Not that I know of besides my brother, who has a much smaller one very close to the same location. Not sure if his is visible on the surface though.

all the more reason for you both to be proactive about preventative eye care.

I Can't Sleep!

I've broken mi sleeper!

I've been awake 5 days now!

I try to sleep but as soon as I get to that point where you know you're falling asleep, suddenly I wake up. Wide Awake!! ! :(

something is physiologically wrong, you need to visit the ER, IMHO. staying away for a solid week or more can be deadly.

I have an interest in Common/Indian Myna Birds (Acridotheres tristis).

Even I can see it's not normal.

No one has an interest in Myna Birds!! ! (Well, some do!)

Those around me I trust enough to talk about them to know I'm a kook but they like me enough to listen. I've FINALLY got people in my life who'll listen about my Special Interest without belittling me like my ex-partner used to do :D

They can even see why I'm interested in them! :D

Oh auntblabby. You don't know how good it is to finally have someone I can talk to about Myna Birds. :)

It feels like such a release!

I can finally show the world how wonderful they are!

I look back at the things I've said on WP during my Punk stage and I'm embarrassed by a lot of it. I must have been very angry back than.
