Playing.
"Wir glauben all' an einen Gott" (We All Believe in One God) by Johann Pachelbel, 1653-1706 (ish). Note that the religious angle is of no interest to me - I just like the music.
It's a fairly straightforward chorale prelude on two manuals, but it's such a sweet and wistful piece and that makes it a little tricky.
