Still no Tourmaline. what the hell? Its a good thing I have found these new coping skills. this would have thrown me for a loop awile back my goodness!!

A medium-size cockroach was crawling on the stainless surface in the kitchen. I managed to catch and kill it, but I had to disinfect the stainless surface and some other things there because I didn't know what it had touched. It took me about half an hour.

I feel a little down today. the natural way is probably balancing out and hopefully soon! What are good days without the bad ones?!

My brother went to stay at his friend's college dorm for a week. I always hate it when my brother and I are apart for long periods of time, because I'm very attached to him. I don't know what I'm going to do with myself when he goes to college for real...

Having to get up this morning. I slept great last night.

I'm sore, have nasty looking bruises that have rewarded me with funny looks, and my cold is back.

I just knew that going to the movies the same day I went to work would cause a meltdown... well f**k me

My Newspaper was left out in the rain this morning and now it is ruined.

I've had no benefit payment for a month - I'm not even sure if I'm on on my benefits right now, and have no idea what to do.

My electricity is paid directly out of benefits, every time my benefits change I have to re-set my electricity payments...only my electricity company won't do this via email (I can't use a phone to call them) or talk to anyone calling on my behalf, thus they've refused to take payments since July and so they're tying to cutting me off. I went to CAB for help, after months of attempts and written consent finally my electricity company agreed to talk to CAB on my behalf...however during that time my benefits had changed again, so I had to wait until my benefits were to confirmed before contacting CAB to get them to contact my electricity company to re-set payments. I got confirmation of benefits so emailed CAB...it took two weeks for them to get back to me, only now my electricity won't re-set payments as my meter reading is out of date, as I don't have access to my meter I have to wait for them to decide to come out to get a meter reading and then for CAB to keep calling them to try to determine when they have what they need to be able to re-set payments. Problem is, on top of all this, as stated above I've had no benefit payments for a month and something seems wrong so I may not actually be on benefits now anyway.

SOOOO...I have no money, and potentially my electricity is being cut off...this was the same situation a few months ago, so despite all this work to try to get these issues resolved nothing at all has changed, it's making me all sorts of anxious and stressed. The incompetence between DWP and NPower is astonishing, it's such a mess...I don't know whether to laugh or cry.

Where to start, I'm in alot of pain right now. I had surgery on my ankle this morning and now the novocaine is wearing off. I can hardly move without it hurting. I took some Moltrin, got an ice pack on it. It's snowing really hard here too, roads are horrible. I'll try and not complain though.. could always be worse.

Awful semester, awful month, awful week, awful day... Just one of those days were everything just HAD to go wrong and you want to commit seppuku. It's one of those days which I will associate with PTSD.
