I can so agree with what you say. I often have people who are ' trying to be helpful ' say " You need to get get out and do things with people." They don't get it that for us, being around people, especially strangers and pushy jerks is a major trial. I don't melt down anymore, but I frequently shut-down, and then people think I'm anti-social ( I guess I am ). I would just as soon hang out with my dogs, who accept me as I am. :roll:

Got into a habit of eating (licking) honey by itself off a big spoon. That sticky smooth texture on my tongue is so irresistible. This orange blossom honey has (or seems to have?) a hint of citrus flavor.
