I have no family except the one (sister) who is extremely jealous of me and hates me.

And I have Asperger's! It CAN be a real s**t at times but I wouldn't change myself for anything in the world.

Strange, Isn't it?!

If I honestly fess up and seriously look at my life, I can honestly say, the majority of hastles I've had in life are due to my AS!

Despite the adversities, I also get a HUGE amount of benefits from having it and I tell you now, If someone gave me the opportunity of getting rid of it, I'd tell them to go jump because (a) I like who I am and (b) Asperger's gives me some really cool features...

(c) I'M AN ASPIE

(d) If you took my 'Aspieness' away from me, I wouldn't be me; The one I like.

I'm a defective robot.
Can somebody please reprogram me?
Or throw me out to scrap.
Whatever.
ARRRRGH!! MY HEAD IS INSANE!!
Going round in circles. Going round in circles.
Somebody please kill me.
I don't have the executive functioning to do it myself.

I would like it a lot better, if heaven were to somehow sink down to earth level, so that we are surrounded by it.

Mouse invasion.

Made a homemade trap out of a box, Styrofoam and duct tape (one way in and out).

Bait? I'm thinking crushed up cookie mixed with crushed up sleeping tablet. If it kills him, it'll be gentle, if not, I'll take it outside. I'm watching the trap all night with muh night vision on, so I can close the trap up quickly if I see it take the bait.

If it was just me in the house, I would have set up a .22LR proof backstop and put bait in front of it and waste it, but that's supposedly too extreme for the other tenant.

My Mouse Murder Missive
[something I wrote after I had to send a mouse to paradise ahead of schedule]-

i had to kill a cute little mousey
i'm a big heel, and feeling just lousy
it was pooping and peeing all over the place
this wasn't something i could allow apace
so i put out a peanut-butter-laced trap
which in the wee hours stomped out its crap
in the morning i awoke, got up and saw
splattered mouse doodoo, a dead tail, a dead paw
sticking out from the machinery of automated mouse death
god help me, i'm a mouse murderer, an extinguisher of mouse breath

I wouldn't care about 'em if they didn't crap everywhere (same with the geckos).

I wonder if a Red Ryder BB gun could put one down (in front of a backstop with bait on the ground). I'm guessing no. Sling shot would, but I suck with those.

Traps seem like the way to go indoors.

I might not kill it if I trap one. I might just go for a walk and release it. Or, I could just shoot it outside with a .22LR rifle; never done that before.

my older brother took one of those old [I think Crossman] .45 auto-styled spring bb guns, you know the ones that shot the bb almost slow enough to run along side, am guessing at least 150 feet per second but certainly no faster than about 250, he dispatched slugs outside with that, so I would guess mebbe that would be enough power to humanely snuff a mouse. one of his drunken friends took that pistol and proceeded to demonstrate how "low-powered" it was by shooting himself in the palm of his hand, and everybody saw the bb exit the back of his hand when he did it. nasty. :eew:

Shooting through a hand is probably in the too powerful bracket, really. I think most air rifles/pistols would be, as you're going to get a pass through on the mouse and it'll still hit the wall (backstop can take care of that, but air guns are pretty loud indoors). Perhaps a blow gun firing stabilized darts, but that's something I've never played with so I wouldn't be confident in my ability to hit something.

Nothing yet. Even I can smell the cookie crumbs. Pretty easy to spot critters with the IR light on; it makes their eyes light up.

At least I know I can pee in the toilet standing up with night vision on in pitch black. :P I'm sure that skill may come in handy...sometimes (not really).

The woman across the way must have thought it was going to rain because I saw her nearly tripping over herself trying to get her washing in when it went a bit cloudy.

It didn't rain.

First day of Uni today, it was just okay. Had to talk with the Dean of students office today, they're still pestering me to give voc rehab another try. I really think it's just going to create more problems for me than it solves, I've lost faith in the field of counseling. It just brings up bad memories that really don't need to see the day of light again.
