Some kid asked me in class today if "I was okay" and that "I looked pissed" ........is that all it takes these days, to have squinting eyes because the room was really bright and a neutral facial expression. :x Maybe it's my eyebrows being naturally slanting.

Kookaburras are such friendly critters.

As soon as they hear the brush cutter revving, they flock to me to eat any of the bugs that scurry off.

I can even touch one of them if I want (pet his head); he's the least shy of the few that fly to me.

Thank you. He's up to date with his needles.

I think he is healthy. He races around like a mad thing.

Gun shop has an Omark 44 (Sportco), which is an old Oz made target rifle in .308 Winchester (bolt-action, single shot). I've always wanted one of those (hunting more than target, but they're the same thing when you get down to it).

The problem is the stock (aftermarket one). It's got the daggy Punisher logo painted on, in addition to a black and red swirly pattern.

Dammit. It's in excellent condition too (I haven't found many in that condition). Price is decent at $400.

Double dammit.

Today's a sewer pit!
