I wonder what octopuses dream about, if they dream at all. They've been found to have similar brainwaves to REM sleep in vertebrates.

Learning to use a metal lathe.
It's fascinating watching the minuscule spring shavings form.
Love spinning all the wheels and levers and the smell of hot metal.
I'm making pins for the brackets on a car bonnet.

I felt asleep way more earlier and just got up this is seriously 12:49am..but tomorrow is officially day off so I'll drink some coffee and stay all night.

Ma is getting me a metal detector later on in the year. I look forward to such. I reckon the creek bed will have bits of gold in it, as it's an old thing.
