I have a least favorite word; a word I haven't tried to say in years. It's not an offensive word. It's not even an unusual word. I just hate how everyone seems to pronounce it differently, and I feel self conscious trying to pronounce it myself. I'd write it here, but I hate it.

I'm an unusual combination of abused and brilliant and find myself unable to function. Finish a therapy, start another. Get fired from some job that contributes to the destruction of our global ecology, get herded into another. It makes me want to kill myself, but I wont because they gave me meds for that. My existence is meaningless. This is why I sit in a rocking chair and stim all day long. I wish I could make a difference but I don't know how or even what that really means.

Growing up, I never had a proper Birthday party apart from with my Mother & Sister. I never wanted one. Besides, never knew enough people at any given time to invite. I never missed them (the people or the parties).

Still haven't had a proper birthday party and I'm 48. Still don't want one. I haven't changed much!

You don't stand out from the crowd if you don't mix with the crowd. That's basically how I got through school.

Have you ever realised someone is writing a story in their head about what kind of person they are and they've written so many chapters they think they really are that person but you can see they're really not that person?

No?
Me either.

.. And just today I just encountered an 6 year old HFA who barely spoke. She only laughs at almost everything I said (or made noises of).

Father Time would be my choice, but his office is always busy.

And now for a two-second intermission. . . . . . Okay, resume.
