Not to start threads about any random thing that pops in my head, either.

I learned that even though special interests don't last forever, you should still enjoy them to the fullest while you have them. Therefore you shouldn't feel guilty about spending extra money on them.

I learned that it is best to keep my windows dirty because birds will try repeatedly to fly into them when they are very clean.

It is kind of creeping me out... five birds tried to get into different windows. It is bizarre.

Always be yourself at all times, no matter what.

From my garden:

Eggplant flowers are purple and white.
Radishes grow really fast.
My cucumber vines like to slowly suffocate my sweet pea plants.
Tea made from fresh chocolate mint leaves is really awesome.

I've learned to pick my battles and allow myself to be happy again.
