i truly think this is a very sad and beautiful kind of song.
a while ago, it was on youtube paired with a video of animals all striving to survive, but i have to choose this one to post because it is the only original studio version of it left.

i do not know why this song affects me so much. it just seems to play the notes that my heart was never able to express.

and jim croce was a beautiful person who was steeped in goodness but was killed. i trust every aspect of his reality to be genuine and real.

to the people who are against NT people, this is a good lesson to show you that god's love is in everyone. yeah how soppy, but this song is very effective to bring me to my humble knees.

i identify with "i got a name" because i do, and i lived on my own alone since i was much younger and i am movin' on down the highway and i will not let life pass me by.

but his life passed him by.

maybe i am too tired.

it is like everyone in this thread is putting eggs on a busy highway, and then they go to sleep, and when they awaken, their eggs are long gone.
what is the use of posting in this thread?
no one comments on anyone else's contributions.

it is like a community of blind people tossing their hopes and feelings into a river that flows so fast that whatever they toss in will be long gone and forgotten before the next person replies. never seen and never fished out of the river are peoples belongings that are totally ignored by the parade of "me me me's"

i am going to sleep now and i care not for what vitriolic response i get.
that is because i will get no response whatsoever. i know the next post will be yet another music video and life will continue unabated.

so sad in a way.
