One guy I knew who also had asthma fainted once when running a mile.

I take it everywhere with me when I go out now
I must be like a cat, how people stop them from doing things by spraying them with water.
I seem to learn from "water" like cats, rather then treats like dogs

That's actually a really good metaphor! Or simile. I'm pretty sure it's a metaphor, but the "like" part has me getting second thoughts.
My mother wants to stop using my inhaler because her friend's son has asthma too, but he gradually stopped relying on his inhaler when he does sports, and got over his asthma.
