I only know your characters are not the work of beginners, means that you are very talented at design..
I can tell those things as I'm sure I know something in this field..
I don't want to disclose too much about myself....but

To get to the living room I have to take some metal stairs.
Sometimes my heel touches the bottom of a stair where the metal sticks out and that's rather unpleasant.
Just a moment ago I ran down the stairs and hit the back of the heel EXACTLY, it's bleeding.
