yes it is. it is unbelievable that most of the press and critics mocked him.

i always heard the song "dixie" on bugs bunny and i thought nothing of it, but when i saw this, it made me realize the composer of this piece was very talented.

liberace played like he was preset in the womb for an understanding of piano. it is no effort to him at all.
also he arranged the notes in this rendition in his own way.

I like this song not due to the graphic imagery but, rather the feeling of both the song and the lyrics as, it tends to effect me on a emotional level.. 8O :oops:

I have a CD of old Southeastern US mountain tunes by Dave Grisman and Jerry Garcia and one of the selections is "Dixie" played very slowly with funny lyrics:
My favorite stanza is:
