I just wish ppl weren't such jerks, I feel like they always bring me down no matter how strong I try to be for myself and others. I think I'm spiraling down again.

I know it's easier said than done, but try not to let people's stupid remarks or attitudes keep you down. Jamie is right, their hang-ups are all about them, not you.

Random Truth:

I think I worked out too hard at the gym today. My legs can't hold my body up.

You only get one shot at life. Try to make it worth your while. (Yes, I know it sounds like a load of crap.) But do what makes you feel happy. :)

You've got to make yourself happy, because nobody else will. :)

I'm getting depressed again, and I don't know why.

Same here.

I also obsess on stupid crap, like whether or not I locked my car or left the heater on. I once left the office and drove halfway home when I began to doubt whether or not I locked the door on my way out, so I drove back (20 miles) to check it. It was locked.

Me too, but one thing that can cheer you up slightly (hopefully) is that there are others out there in the same situation (like me)
