I have been into Astronomy ever since I can remember. One of my first memories is looking up at the night sky and seeing the Pleiades. I was so young, I was being carried into the house from the car after we'd been to some sort of party (that's how little I was). It was late. I saw them. They were so beautiful.

A few years later, I saw them again in a picture hanging on a neighbor's wall and recognized them. They've always been my favorite. They are so beautiful, even without a telescope.

I have always felt like I came from another planet. Even my sister used to think I was an alien.

i have just had a realization. for anything to start moving from an inertial point of reference would take infinite acceleration.
from 0 to 0+n is an infinite distance with respect to points, and so for something to go from 0 to 0+n units of velocity in any time is to accelerate to a velocity that is infinitely greater than the initial velocity (relative to the inertial frame of reference).
wow.
the fact that things move is a miracle!

Well, it's a character that Cockroach96 always loves to ban me about, that being "Samurai Jack" in chicken form..

I'm serious, he really does. Let me guess, his latest disguise got exposed and he's fleeing town and/or an angry mob. . . again.

Kazan-san: Why would Cockroach want to ban you all the time just because of that character? Or is that just Cockroach being Cockroach? You could make a joke about how Cockroach has the word 'cock' in it...or is that too terrible?
