This darn class isn't helping me at all. I haven't been able to do any exercise - no time. I feel fat. Now I'm having tummy problems where I can't eat and my tummy hurts. Time for Mr. Metamucil. Crap.

When you don't want anything from anyone; when you don't need anything from anyone, it gives you such a feeling of freedom. I'm there!

After some short-term obsessing + cold room temperature + sugar rush + music I feel like after a roller coaster ride.
Almost impossible to sit still without need for rocking or twitching. Awesome. :D

No! It's amazing. I felt alive. But I'm almost back to normal now after some pushups and squats.

Where did you post your recipe, Kura? :)

When I was younger (long before the Internet was around), I used to carry around a little notebook I made with the initials L.U. at the top of each page. The L.U. stood for "Look Up" and anything I'd heard or saw that I wanted to find out more about, I would jot it down in my book and look it up later.

After the Internet came out, the initials changed to L.U.I. You guessed it. Look Up on the Internet. I still do that. I've been doing it since I was about 7 (41 years ago) - WOW! I'm old!!
