Just watched the cutest marriage proposal on YouTube, where a guy flew 17,000 km from London to surprise his girlfriend, who was visiting her sister in Sydney. The guy has a popular Korean/English YouTube channel, so much of the video is in Korean with subtitles. Random and unexpected from him, but still really nice.

£3.90 for a turkey and bacon sandwich from Marks and Spencer. How do these jokers stay in business?

**Thinks**

Maybe it's at least partly because idiots like me buy such things from them.....

I want to buy a Cloud Strife stuffie on the UK Square Enix site [since there isn't a Canadian one], but I don't have any euros. :(

If it's 50 Canadian Dollars, it's about 45 US Dollars--or maybe closer to 40 depending upon the present exchange rate.

I only ever brought one thing in a different currency. It was piece of software that my bank gave me a hell trying to buy so I just ended up using paypal. It was sandboxie, I not going to get technical on what it is but it basically allowed for software to be sandboxed or virtually separated from one another. Kind of like chroot on unix based operating systems but has a few key differences.

Now days I don't brother with sandboxing and just use virtual machines and chroots to separate stuff I don't want mixing together. I have Windows XP (For older games), Windows 7 (for newer games), Ubuntu (God knows why), Minix (For dev purposes) all running in a virtual machine and I will soon add LFS (For dev purposes) to that list.

I made a banana smoothie using a real maple syrup instead of sugar or honey. It worked well as a sweetener. The dark chocolate really made it good!
