I'm not very fond of them either.
It's annoying when you're typing something and you suddenly find you've been typing in the middle of another paragraph because you've inadvertently brushed the touch pad with your wrist.
Will the Klaxon sound again since I mentioned...that thing?

Nah, I was just being humorous. I can recall as a child how often I would make sound effects to illustrate a point.

I just kicked my cat.
I didn't mean to.
I didn't realise she was sleeping next to my feet when I got up.
I patted her and apologised but she's in the corner giving me death stares now.
