A photographic memory would be really useful right now.

Oo, and I could use a car. Nothing fancy, as long as it's safe, economic and doesn't require much maintenance. And preferably pretty. Blue, maybe. I would also need a license, tax and insurance, but hey, minor details.

A computer that isn't held together by duct tape. I am not kidding, mine is now quite literally falling to bits

The ability to know what people are really thinking, without any of that silly communication stuff getting in the way.

A brilliant series of new books to read. Preferably a long one; I read fast.

A job that isn't boring or stressful and pays more than minimum wage.

Though it might help if I ever bothered to take driving courses. I just assume I'd be a terrible driver and don't even try.

The 25th Anniversary Limited Edition music box by Tim Burton and Danny Elfman. It's literally a box filled with CDs featuring all the songs Danny has ever composed for Tim's movies. Guess how much it costs? $500! It's times like these I wish I were wealthy...
