(sorry about making fun of your illness)

Cut my thumb off fooling around with a clay target thrower instead of doing gardening, told 11 y.o. to tell mum mot to worry, that I cut myself andwas going to get the doctor to look at it, drove myself (in a manual car) to emergency (wife followed later when she was worried about the amount of blood on the floor).
