Snow and ice can be a pain in the neck , esp when it's changing from one day to another (rain turns snow to ice , then snow , then ice again etc)
And if it isn't ice, then it's hard stomped snow. Some of the problem is lacking road maintenance by local janitors, but the result is the same. Slippery roads.
