These are not as nice as Richard Benson's, but here goes.
Here is a nice picture I got from my cross-country skiing expedition yesterday. You can see the discolored, salinated river by the waterfall.

Those are nice pics... but no more snow for me, please. There's about seven inches on the ground in my SE Wisconsin town right now.

It snowed all day today. Three more inches accumulated. I watched out the windows as much as I could. Such beautiful fluffy white flakes, and now the sky is pink with snow-reflected light. It may actually be bright enough to go skiing in the dark, but I am not sure how brave I feel.

I don't get much snow in where I live anymore. That sucks. It doesn't feel like winter.
