I understand. I've turned down good jobs that I shouldn't have (when I didn't even like my current job), just because I couldn't handle the change. Last year I begged and pleaded to be allowed to keep my broken down car...because change = meltdowns galore. Anyways, you get the idea.

Edit: to add biggest/stupidest one of all: staying with my as*hole boyfriend because change sucks.

I stayed in an unhappy marriage (de facto) for 23 years because change was scary.

Getting out of that was THE BEST thing I ever did since I was a kid (which was basically when I got into it)

If you've got anger then:

Get a BIG, THICK, HEAVY blanket.
Hang it on the clothes line.
Wet it down with the hose.
Make sure it's well and truly soaked.

Grab a baseball bat and HAMMER THE CRAP OUT OF IT.

Does wonders for relieving stress.

Don't dis me on this. Try it. It works wonders.

Imagine it's those who have pissed you off that you're hitting.

It REALLY does relieve tension.
