It's raining!

i covered rockdale and arncliffe in posters. most of them for the next palestine rally. whilst i was postering in rockdale a woman came up to me and asked for a palestine poster. i was so happy. and in arncliff my arabic skills came in handy because a guy stopped me when i was postering to tell me it is illegal(i'm so sick of these people who do not know the law.) and i was worried he might make trouble but i had to ask for directions but didnt want him knowing where i was going and he wouldnt leave so i could ask the woman so i just switched languages and it was all ok. nobody called the police on me this time.

and my comrade was really thoughtful and brought up my panic attacks(thats what i told her my meltdowns were because i didnt know how to explain them) and asked if i have ever been to see a shrink and she told me about this place where you could see a psychologist for free in my suburb. this is amazing because they are expensive and you cannot bulk bill. it was sweet of her to remember. i am surprised she did- i mentioned it months ago.

i also went to a shop i used to go to when i was little with my mother by accident. nostalgia. i also discovered peace bakery/ frn l'salam and i was like so this is where my bread comes from...

My cousin was passing by and gave me a friendly random kiss on the cheek Small things like that can make me so happy~

Doing something that took courage, but was well worth it.

i finally, finally got my passport forms subbed in. apparently the fact that my photos had been rejected was office gossip because it was so ridiculous. the workers there were very nice and helped me get the forms done. at youthgroup we made scones and had tea. i've not had tea before. felt all posh. there were remnants of the art exhibition that the kids there had contributed to still up so i checked it out. i really like the workers at youth group. i walked in and they were all sitting there making a reindeer out of cardboard. and equity and diversity unit lady e-mailed me and set up an appointment for next week.

Got a Tim Hortons coffee this morning!

We're finally receiving some proper rain, and the weather looks as though it will persist throughout the whole day. Sure it's a little humid, but still!
