^ So park officials can track its movement I guess. Probably helpful if a bear does attack someone, then they'll know which one.

I've never seen the Aurora Borealis apart from in pictures but I'd sure like to see it in real life. It's always amazed me. It must be beautiful.

I've lived in Sydney all my life and I've never been further than the Victorian border or Surfers.

Man I want to go to the States.

I wanna get lost in the Rocky Mountains and just live there FOREVER.

Yep. Chooky (I thought was universally understood throughout the English speaking nations) is slang for chicken.

He don't look real' tasty to me - but I'd do anything for his recipe.

Mine looked a bit like that (but then, I did get them from Woolies) - they just didn't have the beard and moe (actually, I think one did).
Maybe I shouldn't eat that one.

Woolworths always have chook with the feather stumps still left on it.

Haha, it may be a universal term, I could just be oblivious.

Ah, with the feather stumps still left on?! 8O :eew:
Is that a desirable quality?

Glad we don't have Grizzlies in Australia.
Just all those other thousands of things that'll kill you :P

Would you believe, I haven't seen then either! It's my number one goal. I think the only place in the States where you can see them is in Alaska, but I would love to travel to parts of Canada, Norway, Finland, Iceland, etc to see some.

Well....I really don't know where I'm going with this.
It's starting to gross me out for some reason.

Well I like it! It reminds me of nerves or the vascular system (which is awesome).

Nope. I think it's just the supplier being lazy. They'd probably just burn off but I can't stand the thought of them being in there and I usually try to pull/tweezer the things out. It's grose!

Bone Tomahawk was a pretty good movie.

Like The Searchers, but with some quasi-horror and modern gore to it.

^ Yeah it is pretty terrifying. I'm in the process as well. I've been pretty broken in that department since last fall when I walked off my locksmith job at the university without notice. Now I'm home because of my anxiety issues that ultimately got me dismissed from university for the semester in December. I'm turning in an application tomorrow to work at the cities public library. I don't know how I've managed to stay in high spirits so far. Here's to both of us finding our way.

Good luck with that job.
I do volunteer work at a library on Monday afternoons.
I mainly reshelf books, do reserves and issues/returns.
They tried to teach me cataloging once but it went completely over my head.
I've helped with a few shelf shuffles too.
And covering books
That was probably the thing that stressed me out the most.
It was like, "But what if I get an air bubble in it?" (Hyperventilate)
I'd love to get paid work there but I don't know if that will ever happen.
It's a cool place to work though

I have to practice my sneaky snake walking again. Making far too much noise when I'm moving through the brush and trails.

I used to practice sneaking up on muh old horse--she was pretty aware. If I could get within several yards, I did well. It'll be harder without her to practice on.
