This one's a classic. Ted Mulry Gang - Jump In My Car

You've GOT to listen to the lyrics :)

For those of you who aren't Aussie, you might not get the humour.
Raleigh, You'll remember this! You'll certainly GET it!

Village Hall? I knew you were somewhere in South East Asia, (Indonesia I thought) but village?

Are you rural?

What the hell was that? I mean, it wasn't bad but where are you getting this stuff from?

I'm playing classic Aussie music - from where I'm from.

Are you from the jungles of Borneo or something?

Close, except not. There's no exact English translation for "Barangay".

Are you trying to out-weird me?

Out-weird this!

I've listened to this piece of music every day, several times a day for like the past 5 years.

It's called The Artificial Pine Arch Song by Stars Of The Lid (like when you shut your eyes tightly and see stars under your eyelids)

You Really Need To Be An Alien Like Me To Really Appreciate It Though

Let me know what you think!

I love this The harmonics really appeals to my Aspie being!

(I'm not trying to be weird. This is just how I am. This is how I've ALWAYS been - ever since I arrived on this planet back in 1967 Anno Domini!) AD is what you'll understand, although, it's not entirely correct - but it gives you a reference point for when I came here!

Ah, Philippines - that's right. I did know. I forgot. I remember now. I was going to say Philippines.

You're not that far away from me, as the crow flies. He'd wanna be a pretty hearty crow though.

Have you got an American accent? I believe there are a lot of American naval bases there.

I was going to pick you up one morning in my Learjet for breakfast but I never heard back from you.

You're so lucky Kraftie.

Do you know how hot it's been here?

It's like living in a bloody oven.

Even now, I've got the fan on me. (and it's 22:54:37)

And the alcohol and coffee aren't working.

I might go have an ice bath!
