Be careful downloading stuff from torrents - Virus havens!

I wish hard drives wouldn't break.
I'm always paranoid that mine will crash any second and all data is lost. Backups are annoying.

The rattling sounds are real and that's never a good sign.
Luckily I have Linux live CD so I can still do Internet even without a HD.

^ Pretty sure he is a Russian Blue if I remember correctly. Someday I'd like to get a black cat or an Ocicat. What kind of cat is Boo?

I'm pretty careful, the most dangerous part is when Frostwire wants to update, because that process likes to try to sneak in loads of nasty little surprises.

That's why I keep a external HD with a terabyte of memory!

Always go for Seagate and Western Digital (black drives).

And stay the hell away from those green drives. They're slow and you have to format them on unconventional boundaries. (and I've had about 4 of them die on me)

[b]Set up a RAID array or even better, a RAID array built on SCSI drives.

You can even make a RAID out of SSD's (Solid State Drives) INCREDIBLY FAST - BLISTERINGLY FAST!

I have a RAID 0 config on one of my computers made out of SSD's - MY GOD Winblows 7 loads in about 2 seconds.

He's a Black Classic Tabby And White although he acts more like a Cougar. I swear, I'm going to wake up one morning and he's going to be chewing on my leg. He loves me but he's still ferocious. That's what I like about the boy. He's got spirit.

I use TubeMate on my phone to get my YouTube vids for my computer (or download inside of a sandbox). No chance of cross infection there.
