At least Rogerson got what he deserved in the end!

I've never met a more egotistical, arrogant a***hole who thought they were above the law!

Good riddance!

And he didn't use his gun. He used his heel! He stomped on her head in Centennial Park!

People have much more going on than me

Angela - As I've always said, if you've lost both arms, people will always say, "But there are people who are worse off than you. There are people who have lost both their arms and their legs". Does that make living without arms any easier or better?

Just because there are people who are worse off than you doesn't make your pain any less, better or easy to live with.

I've found a permanent avatar and I've made slight changes to my location.

I'm always paranoid that mine will crash any second and all data is lost. Backups are annoying.

SSD are less likely to break but have limited writes, an SSD would last much longer if you just wrote data on it and sat it aside. The most reliable way to backup is optical media which sucks cause DVD only hold around 4 GB of data. I am waiting for blu-ray disc to drop in price because I have about 4 TB of data so its unrealistic to backup all that on DVDs.

My solution right now is to have a server with 3 TBs on it, a backup with the same 3 TBs on it. My main 2 Desktop have the other 1 TB of the most recent files used split and than I have an external 1TB with a backup of those files on it. Backups take place every 30 days, granted I still might lose files that way, I am not so concerned about losing 30 days worth of work and the changes would be minor since I don't pirate files anymore. Worse case I lose some documents and have to redownload a steam game here or there.

I'm constantly amazed at how there is a constant war between privacy & security..

I don't want to do school work. At least I'm halfway done. I'd rather work on my book.

I want to go back to bed :tired:, but I have to get this paper done.
Perhaps I should attempt to make plans for the weekend...

I'm Juan the purple, sombrero wearing 300lb hippopotamus, I'm 23 years old and an Aries, I have an exceptionally curly mustache and own no razors or trimmers to shave it, I want to be the first hippopotamus to make it in the Guinness Book of World Records 2016 for the largest, longest and thickest mustache in diameter ever seen on a hippo, I eat cheesy nachos and salsa while riding a magically magical magic carpet through a local UK shopping centre! One time I got chased by a policeman but I managed to escape, thus I continue to terrorise fellow shoppers as the crazy carpet flying, nacho eating, sombrero wearing, mustache bearing hippo.

I'm at my clubhouse right now. It's better than being at home, alone.

Edna3362, I'm not a member of any political body rather, a simple citizen whom simply wants to live a life without having someone or institution spying upon myself or others without legitimate/concrete proof..

It seems like everything I eat causes digestion problems. :( If only I could survive on fruit juice and water.

If only I could survive on fruit juice and water.[/quote] You've been watching too many of those late night infomercials concerning dietary plans. Yet, I understand your malady as, there have been times my stomach has bothered me as well..

Urgh, I hate it when my sister gets angry and takes it out on me by shouting at me. She knows I don't like being shouted at!!
