Is that for Australia? I hear the difference, but I don't think we would pronounce it like that in Canada.

It must be an accent thing, because I asked my mom and she said she would pronounce the two words the same.

My boss just emailed me to say that her boss wants to meet with me next week to "discuss" a small error I made. It was something that was quickly corrected and that I thought I'd explained thoroughly several times. Ugh, I'm feeling stressed and like I am in for an interrogation.

Take your Union rep with you or a support person. If you can't do that, then tell them that you have a dictaphone and you'd like to record the session.

^ It's just a small non-profit organization so no union reps (actually my state doesn't really have those anyways). I'll be okay I am just a bit stressed and kind of confused as to what more I could possibly tell her.

^ I agree with ImAnAspie.

Part of my accomodations at work are:
1) An agenda for any one on one meeting must be emailed to me prior to the meeting.
2) A support person attends the meeting with me.

I've had some horrific meetings in the past.

Those sound really helpful!
I haven't made my work aware of my ASD, they already put up with my physical health concerns so I don't want to burden them further. It's still the best job I've ever had.
