You seem to be undergoing a transformation.
I've been trying to do the same.
I think of it as regenerating, like Doctor Who.
He always gets disorientated after regeneration and has to discover who he is again.
He has to go back and remember who he is at his core.
Then he remembers he's someone amazing.
As you are someone amazing.

Every time I put the pedal to the metal, my partner used to yell at me and she'd say, "Will you please warn me when you're going to do that!" LOL

She used to complain I'd give her whiplash one day.
