I plan to drink 2 litres of water each day for the next 5 days to help get rid of the burns caused by the CLA. Once the burns are gone, than my brain will heal itself.

1) Do a virus scan with malwarebytes

2) Exit unneeded back ground tasks

3) Clearing browser history and emptying the recycling bin seems to speed things up actually, I was surprised by this.
