Today's the day that I admit to the people at the product distribution centre that I now wear an extra large in disposable underpants. I'm scared and I'm shaking. It's better than taking those stupid diet pills, though.

I've got good news. I was pushing 280 in the summer time. I stepped on the scale and found that I now weigh....unveil the curtain....trumpet....265 lbs! Woowoowoowoowoo! :D
