I learned that no matter how hard you try, you just can not convince some people that not only are their opinions worthless, but that their opinions are downright dangerous, and that it will be too late to change their minds when they "Win the Darwin Award".

it is an infuriating waste of time to drag myself out of bed to spend 20 minutes scratching my barely conscious head wondering for what reason i need to be up, only to shake my head and go back to bed without an answer.

I learned that when there is a picture, it is hard to not physically reach out and start playing with the flingy thingy.

i once was invited to a funeral and i was going to go, but on the day, i did not feel hungry so i decided not to go. i got into trouble for that.

I learned that silver rings can be made from coins using only a hammer, drill, and file. I tried my hand at making one from a 1944 half dollar, and it actually came out quite nice for a first attempt.

Well, it isn't new but yesterday and today I was reminded that I shouldn't wear white. Yesterday was honey mustard sauce and today was coffee. I dribble. :hmph:
