I'm actually doing well with having reduced social interaction times.
Being on my own is good as long as I can interact a little bit each day/every other day and have some irregular longer face-to-face interactions with others.

I may very well just have been brainwashed by the social people to think I need to be the "normal" social. But in reality I do much better without constant socializing. :D
Seriously, I've forgotten about enjoying some "alone time" because almost every moment of my existence was spent worrying about how I can become more social.

Many of us might be interested in learning how to start and have a conversation, but what about learning how to END or AVOID a conversation, huh? That sounds much more promising.

There are always a lot of people coming into my work. You'd think it was a public place or something....
Bleh. Two days in a row of this degree of social interaction is brutal.
*smile* *greet* *explain* *smile&nod* *re-explain (they didn't listen)* *smile* *awkwardly wait for them to leave*

I always imagined you work at an office ABG.

But, no. I work in a museum. Sadly, we have no dinosaurs!

I'm not talking to my mum for the next three days. I can't handle the stress.

I don't want to be a daughter. I want to be a son.

I've been feeling sick today. I don't know if it's a cold or some other infection. My ears and throat have been hurting and I had mild congestion earlier today. I just got over a sinus infection, so I hope it isn't from that.

You'll always be afraid, but you don't have to let it control you.
