I confess.... I shower daily, nothing unusual, but the trick is I hold my head, thus also hair, under cold water first. (maybe 30 seconds) My experience, and therefor no empirical evidence, is that by doing so I'm better equipped against the cold and maybe also against a cold. But....

^ I confess I do the opposite. I rinse off with cold water at the end of my shower. It's better for your hair/skin because it closes up the pores.

I confess.... hey good advice.

I confess I do everything my way.... so I think I'm going to shower beginning with cold water.... and from now on (or at least trying) ending with cold also. No more colds for this fella plus better skin care. Thanks.
