^ That's so wonderfully supportive of you! You're right, most people wouldn't do those things!

I am getting better now that I have been back in the US. Ironically, Ireland actually had way more of them indoors (and big ones!) than we do because we spray and don't usually leave huge gaping holes around the pipes (or other shoddy workmanship traits). Oh and they don't have frogs and lizards to eat them.

I was so on edge there! It was out of control. But every time I'd go in to take a shower, or go to the kitchen, there would be one there (and these were in new builds). It got to the point where I was jumpy and itchy all the time, and whenever I entered a room I had to do a scan of the area before I could relax slightly.

That'll highlight all your text and copy it to the windows clipboard, so if you do lose it, all you need to do is repost and paste what you've written back in to the new edit window. Insurance


If you're REALLY paranoid, you can paste it into a notepad session to keep it safe before you post

Yeah, people give up on those they claim to care about very easily! It's a terrible thing that I've never understood.

:( I am very sorry that you were given up on! I know that must have been very difficult for you (and I've seen some of what you've posted about your experience with that trauma).

I have been getting it inconsistently. A few days ago I got stuck in a loop where it wouldn't let me post and just kept deleting my text, then bringing me back to the captcha once I'd repasted it. Very frustrating.

It took me 4 years and many many month is a psych hospital to get over it - and I don't think I have fully gotten over it.

Until recently, I used to have days and nights where I would just cry non stop until my face hurt. Boo couldn't understand it but eventually, he got used to it :(

I am sorry, that must have been rough. Just the idea of having to live in a place like that for that amount of time is terrifying. But it sounds like you're doing better now? I don't think we ever fully get over these sort of things (I know I have my own that stick hang around), but that we just get better at dealing with them.

I just spent 2 big cans of surface spray on the creepy crawlies in my dunny and I'm feeling kinda light headed. I think I've mildy poisened myself.

You should have seen the crap that crawled out from everywhere.

BUT THE ANTS. The little bastards are still running around - happy as Larry. I thing they're super ants.

I sprayed enough Motrein long lasting surface spray to kill a small city and they're still going.

Oh crap. I think I've poisened myself.

Ahhhh the captcha just got a lot worse! When I clicked the check box it then asked me to select all of the images (from a set of 12) with trees!! Noooooo!
