A lot of them grow up to be over 200 lbs as well and they love apple strudel. They're also more likely to be autistic than any other nationality.

I am Aspie: A sloppy joe is not quite a taco, really. It's more oniony, beany, "sloppy," and less spicy, than what is found in a taco. Slightly different spices are used. It's more "tomato saucy" than a taco. You oughta try it sometime! A carnivore's delight!

That's a misdemeanor where we are. Possible license suspension.

Usually, they plea-bargain it down to less than 20 mph over, pay the fine, hike in insurance rates, but no suspension.

Instead of pulling over, they went to McDonald's drive through! :)

I guess they wanted their treat before the crap hits the fan!

In a small way, it's like somebody splurging before they go to jail.

I hope the cops actually had a sense of humor!

BTW---Aussie tickets look pretty much like US tickets.

Do you have felonies and misdemeanors like we do in the US?

I would have thought you had "summary conviction" (equivalent to misdemeanor) and "indictable offence" (equivalent to felony) like they have in the UK and Canada.

In New Jersey, uniquely, they have "petty disorderly person's offense," and "disorderly person's offense," meaning a low/high misdemeanor.

Same but we don't refer to them by those terms.
