I was very much into Jeremiah Johnson as an adolescent. I was also into Grizzly Adams.

I once paid 50 cents (because I looked under 12) when I was 15 to see him in the movies.

I was into the whole log cabin/in the woods/communing with Nature sort of life.

I despite liver, though!

At the risk of revealing too much about my personal life - Ah, what the hell. You all know it anyway.

I first saw this movie when I was a little boy and it made such a HUGE impression on me, I wanted to be a mountain man when I grew up. Instead, I turned into a Public Servant. But I'd still like to be a mountain man.

Just the thought of living away from everyone. Living in nature and being free. That's all I've ever wanted.

I never had an interest in the girls - or anyone else, in that respect!

AM, Single Sideband - that rig rocked.

I used to have a Ringo quater wave antenna


I got into CB around the time Smokey And The Bandit was big (the first movie - the rest were crap)

Channel 8 AM here in Australia used to be the truckie channel

My favorite songs in 1976 were "Disco Duck" and "Convoy." "Convoy" was about the CB craze.
