What is wrong with me? I've had two small meals in the past three hours and I'm hungry again. Is something up with my stomach?

if they were composed primarily of refined carbs, that could cause hunger to rear its head in that time. eat something that will stick to your ribs, with fats and proteins in it.

The stir-fry and rice had some fresh peppers and green onion in addition to chicken, but I'll try some of the fruit plus tuna cakes before I take a bite of the raccoon outside my window.

I'm supposed to go to a cousin's birthday party today with my family, but I'm running late because my parents are f***ing incompetent. When my brother asked me why I was making a big deal out of this, I refused to tell him because I no longer trust him.
