Cute? Well, it's me in the picture.... 8O Nah, silliness aside, it's a young ermine/stoat. Or 'hermelijn' as we call the creature here. I love the fella. (or find him fascinating).

Try to eat a few oranges extra and drink a lot of water (maybe with some lemon juice in it).... and yeah, have a little patience, I suppose.

When I was +/- 20 y/o I saw one very swiftly in the beautiful forest nearby Leusden/ Woudenberg. In winter thus white coated and since then I got fascinated by the 'mustelidae' family or the Martens. With the otter and yeah, the ermine as my favourite. Smart, playful, yet ruthless when cornered and other characteristics I admire. (niet om veren ergens te plaatsen maar ik ken dat ook)

Echinacea? The A. Vogel kind? Echinaforce? Well, I don't do homeopathy, I'm more of a phytotherapy man myself and I have the plant (rode zonnehoed) in my garden and when I feel a flu coming close, I tend to take a leave of the flower and eat it. Not sure it helps but it's free and I think 'Vogel' is making a lot of money selling air mostly. Yet I learned a lot reading 'his' books about plants and there (supposedly) helping features.

Again, hope you feel better soon.

Ahh well, you picked a very pretty creature to admire:)
I think they have something very graceful.

I think that's why I usually overdose on herbal supplements, half the time, when I take the recommended amount it doesn't work at all:P

Is it normal to crave carbs and heavy foods like crazy when you have the flu?
I would've thought the opposite to be true.
But I've already had a grilled cheese sandwich today, corn cobs, rice, some veggie burger, chocolate and now I'm about to eat another grilled cheese sandwich:P

I NEVER eat this much carbs.

I've had some lovely strawberries as well today^^
