What's "Pure O"?
Pure Obsessional OCD (Pure O) is a term for a type of OCD in which an individual reports experiencing obsessions without observable compulsions. These obsessions often manifest as intrusive, unwanted, inappropriate thoughts, impulses or “mental images”.
Disturbing thoughts - can't get them out of my mind
Just another co-morbid, like my depression. Some of the down sides of being an Aspie

I'm supposed to be on fluoxetine but I can't afford it at the moment.

I was playing a youtube video at probably below average volume and my neighbour hits the wall and I heard yelling. I turned everything off and about five minutes later I heard a very loud knock on my bedroom wall from my neighbour. Is he telling me to keep it down or is it unrelated? I haven't made that much noise. I am hearing a lot of commotion over there, could he be fighting with someone? Should I check on him? I don't live in a good area so I am sceptical of that but I do live in a building for the disabled, could he be hurt?

I think I'd be just as confused.
If he's been making a lot of commotion, then it's probably not related to you.
While I mean no disrespect towards any lifestyle, but he seems to have a lot of "partners" over and he drinks heavily. I believe he is drunk and is fighting with said partner, I heard a few F bombs in the last minute or so so I think its unrelated to me. I switched to headphones and am ignoring him now.
I don't have the best of neighbours, here is what we are looking at
