How... My brain isn't processing how you took that picture. That angle looks like you twisted around backwards lol

Ok thats enough weirdness for me tonight, I going to bed - Goodnight guys

Doesn't look as bad as I was thinking though, but do be careful. It does look like it could get infected.

Also AuroraBorealisGazer, I am not ignoring you but I am pretty tired so night, hope everything works out.

Ankle (complete with cotton wool):

It's still bleeding actually!

Excuse the dirty foot

It's a good gash, that's for sure. Make sure to keep it clean of stray cotton.
I find the picture with the knife next to the sleeping mask pretty amusing.

I posted about this a month or two ago, but long story short, I am working on getting out but it's going to require a lot of things to fall into place. Like I need to double my income or I won't have enough to afford rent or food. And I am starting counseling next week, to help me too, because I have huge issues with change and will need support (there will be many meltdowns).

I don't want to turn random discussion into a support forum but I will say that staying in any bad relationship because you are financially dependent is a bad idea. I haven't been in a romantic relationship but I have dealt with my brother who was abusive when we both relied on our parents financially. To make a long story short, I became homeless but that was still better than dealing with my brothers crap. I don't recommend homelessness but what I do recommend is to get out as soon as possible, is disability an opinion?

I don't know what to say but I feel for you in this situation.

Thanks. Trust me, I am getting out as soon as possible, I just know from speaking to people who've dealt with people like him that it can be really bad to leave like you would with a regular relationship. He could potentially screw me out of all of my money/assets, take my cat, etc. As of now I am in no immediate danger, and I have serious health conditions that have to be considered.

I am definitely disabled...multiple times over...but I've been told I make too much per month ($1100) to get disability. (I work 17hrs per week).

This is one of the reasons I've decided it's better to live alone. That, and the fact that I can't find anyone else.

But in my opinion, living alone is the best way to be - just like the song goes!

I didn't mean for the two to end up in the same picture. It was just the best place for light I could find.

It is a pretty kewl picture, isn't it?

I don't want to give up on finding someone just yet. I am still holding out hope a soulmate will come along.

Haha, yeah I think there's a novel in there somewhere. Like the sleep-walking murderer, or something.

Do you really believe in soulmates? I used to. But then... no, actually, my partner was a lovely person - I thought we were soulmates when we first me. But now, I'm getting old and cynical.
