No, like any injury like that, I'm not sure when I did it, and I only think it's a minor tear (which is why I can still move it) but oh does it hurt.

I've just realised that i wont join a messageboard that doesnt have a box on it somewhere showing the users online

At the bottom of most forums there is a little box that shows the users that are visiting the forum at the time like the one on the side of this forum and it has just dawned on me that i have never signed upto any forum without that function allthough i have visited a few like it but never actually registerd i suppose it's just me wanting to know how busy the site is.
